How to whitelist the Monitor Daily email
Occasionally email providers mistakenly filter messages to the wrong folders. This webpage is a guide designed to help you receive the Monitor Daily email in your inbox.
First, to ensure that you receive the Monitor Daily emails, we ask that you add us to your trusted list of senders, contacts, or address book – also known as "Whitelisting." Adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts should let your email provider know that you'd like to receive messages from the Monitor.
If you think you should have received a Monitor Daily email but do not see any in your Inbox, the message may have mistakenly been filtered by your email provider to your spam folder.
Please open your spam folder. If you find an email from "Monitor Daily", open it and mark it as "Not spam."
For detailed instructions, click on the provider or software you use to send and recieve email from the buttons below. Clicking the button will bring you to a set of instructions that show how to authorize the Daily emails to arrive in your inbox.
If you follow these steps and messages continue to be sent to your junk folder, please contact your Internet service provider or spam filter application support and ask how to whitelist email@example.com.
To make sure our email gets delivered to your Inbox, you must add Monitor Daily to your contacts list.

If you are using Gmail Tabs such as "Promotions" please open your Promotions tab in Gmail.
If you do not find an email from Monitor Daily, please check the Spam Folder:
You should now receive the Monitor Daily in your Primary Inbox tab.
NOTE: 'My Preferred Folder' does not exist by default in Gmail. It is there as an example only since custom folders must be created by the user.

If you have not received an email from Monitor Daily...
Check your Spam Folder. If you see an email from the Monitor Daily:
To ensure delivery: Create a filter to automatically send email from Monitor Daily to your Inbox.
iPhone Mail identifies most junk mail (spam) sent to your @icloud.com address or aliases, but it can mistakenly move email to your Junk mail folder.
Periodically check the Junk folder for email messages that were marked as junk mistakenly.
To indicate that an email message from Monitor Daily isn’t junk:
The message is moved to your Inbox. Subsequent email messages from Monitor Daily will no longer be marked as junk.
By default, messages in the Junk folder are deleted after 30 days so be sure to check it often to whitelist relevant email.
Follow these instructions to add the Monitor Daily to your list of Focused Inbox on the Outlook App.
Please open the mobile Outlook app on your Android, Microsoft or iPhone:
Then open the email from Monitor Daily:
You can also remove unwanted emails from your Focused Inbox by repeating this process in your Focused tab.
Follow these steps to add the Monitor Daily to your list of "Safe senders" on Outlook.
To add sender to address book:
To make sure the Monitor Daily email gets delivered to a preferred folder or your choice in Inbox, you must add Monitor Daily to your preferred folder, or a folder of your choice.
NOTE: "My Preferred Folder" is a demonstration. You can create your own 'My Preferred Folder' by clicking + Create New.
If you do not readily find an email from the Monitor Daily in one of your Inbox bundles, please check your Inbox Spam Folder or your Promotions bundle.
Previously "Hotmail", "Live", "Windows Live" and "MSN"...
In the new Outlook.com you must click the Wait it's safe link if you find emails incorrectly identified as spam.
Entering the email contact in the address book or contacts no longer whitelists the sender.
To ensure messages from specific email addresses are not sent to your Junk Email folder:
Mark Sender as "Wait it's safe!
Monitor Daily (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Alternatively, you could also Manually Add the Monitor Daily to your Safe List.
Emails added to your Safe senders will not be delivered by mistake to your Junk folder.
Follow these steps to make sure the Monitor Daily email gets delivered to your AOL Inbox.
If you find the Monitor Daily in your spam folder:
Add email@example.com to your Address Book:
Emails from this Domain will now be delivered straight to your Inbox.
Please log into your Xfinity account and select your Comcast webmail.
Next please, add Monitor Daily to your address book:

Future Monitor Daily emails should now appear in your inbox.
If you are not receiving email at EarthLink, you should check the Suspect Email folder and add the Monitor Daily to your address book.
With EarthLink, if you have SpamBlocker turned on, suspect messages are automatically send to your Suspect Email folder if the Domain is not in your address book.
While in the Suspect Email folder, if you see Monitor Daily...
Address Book Inclusion:
Any mail sent with the same Domain (right of the @ sign) will now be delivered to your Inbox.
Please open your Thunderbird email client.
If an email from the Monitor Daily appears in your Junk Folder:
Please mark that message as Not Junk.
Next, please add Monitor Daily to your Address Book:
Failing to receive the Monitor Daily emails may happen if firstname.lastname@example.org is accidentally added to the Norton AntiSpam Blocked List.
To remove the email@example.com from the Blocked List:

While McAfee has removed spam protection in the latest Anti-Virus software, you may still have a version that offers spam filtering.
There you can see various settings. You can change the spam protection level, change filter settings, etc.
If you received an email message that was incorrectly moved to the Spam Mail folder by the Anti-Spam Toolbar you can prevent this from occurring in the future.
The Anti-Spam Toolbar detects spam by looking for certain keywords in the email's subject or body. Occasionally, it may detect what you consider legitimate email as spam.
To prevent this from occurring you can add the Monitor Daily to your list of Approved Senders:
Note: You can also select the email and click Not Spam to report it to Trend Micro. However, this feature serves only as a reference to their spam database, and it may not have an effect on how the toolbar detects spam.
